Before you bring it in

Straight answers.

How is the percentage worked out?

eBay fees come off the final sale price first, then we take our percentage of what remains. For a Funko item selling for $200, our 25% commission leaves you 75% of the amount after actual eBay fees. For example, if that amount is $180, our commission is $45 and your payout is $135. The $180 is illustrative, not an eBay fee estimate.

Is there a reserve?

No. eBay Live and our timed auctions run with no reserve. The final bid is the sale price, and your share is worked out from that.

When do I get paid?

By bank transfer the week after eBay pays out.

What if my item doesn't sell?

We'll talk to you about next steps. We don't hold items indefinitely.

Where is my item kept?

Stored securely in store, or off site when necessary.

What if my item is under $200?

A bulk lot (say 50 Pops) is fine. A single item under $200 we can assess for a cash offer instead.
